Google Docs, upload any file types
An online storage service from Google (called GDrive) has been for a long time dream of many users. But today there is a breakthrough in this regard as it is announced that the next few days since Google Docs will able gets all file types and not only text documents, spreadsheets, presentations or PDFs. You will be able backup RAW photos, ZIP or RAR compressed files, HTML or probably mp3 file.
The product manager for Google Docs, Vijay Bangaru said that this is not the awaited GDrive, and people can use it what you want because the function will be relatively similar. And without doubt, I think this is a great step for the launch (in a few months) Chrome OS, you will need to offer good performance in the field of online storage.
However, not all good news, because we can upload is maximum 250 MB. It will only be up to 1 GB of files other than Office. And here comes the business, as Google will offer the possibility of increasing storage space as it does with Gmail and Picasa Web Albums to 25 cents a year.
