Facebook is the leading choice for Internet users to share pictures, being in fact used much more than sites like Picasa Web Albums or Flickr. Thus, the relationship of social network with the images is increasing and we’ve seen several apps which allow us to manage our images on Facebook.

Applications like Photograbber, PhotoBook or Live Upload To Facebook (Photo Gallery plugin for Windows Live) allow us to upload, download, tag, or simply navigate between the images hosted on Facebook. Bloom is another application in this case to upload photos and videos to Facebook, and for many is the best in your work.

bloomFor starters, Bloom 2.7, recently launched, will allow us to upload images to an existing folder or create a new addition to allowing us to publish images per lot, something much sought after by social network users who struggle with official uploader. We know that Facebook does not provide a high quality image because the compressed, but to avoid that Bloom does so before the social network, thus ensuring a better quality end of the photos that we share.

Knowing that many users are behind “bars” of a proxy or corporate firewall, Bloom 2.7 offers the ability to be configured to be used through one. And best of all is that this is a multiplatform application, with versions for Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) and Mac OS X and even Linux using Java (this version can be used in any of the other two platforms if they do not want to install it).
